About Our Yoga Instructors
Our experienced studio owner, Karen Shaw, was trained at the collegiate level 20+ years ago. She is also a certified 200-hour yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance.
Karen is dedicated to the Wheeling community, inclusion, and outreach.
